ASV inventions

There are many companys that provide aftermarket levers for sportbikes. From ASV, CRG, and Pazzo being the most popular. I have found a liking for the ASV levers with the level of adjustment possible. They also provide a folding outward action that will allow the lever to move outwards in case of a tip over.




I got these from The Cycle Guys, they were the only people with them in stock, a 5 week backorder is a bit much..

The levers come with all the parts needed for a quick install. The installation took me less than 20 minutes for both sides.



The spring shown below is the hinge for the break away to take place if there is an accidental tip over. Also pictured below is the adjusted that allows for over 40 positions. The other levers average 3-7 positions, ASV allows for a more personal feel.






Another reason for changing out the levers, reducing the overall length of the levers providing the access to use two fingers on the brake or clutch and still allow a solid grip for control.



With the install and adjustments where I like them, the brake and clutch levers were installed and improved the look and feel of the controls.
